Every time someone in your team says these they need to put a £1 in the swear pot.
I've reviewed alot of Amazon Vendor businesses, but when I hear these 4 comments the margin alarm rings..
🔴 We’re profitable (with no reference to a plan or a specific number)
🔴 Ads are performing (Even though sales are going backwards)
🔴 We’ll recover this during the AVN
🔴 We need to spend £X to launch but we're not sure how much we'll sell.
If you hear these from your team..you can be fairly certain margin isn't where you hope or think it is.
