One of the biggest bottlenecks I see with Amazon sellers isn’t traffic or capita

One of the biggest bottlenecks I see with Amazon sellers isn’t traffic or capital.

It’s structure.

Most solopreneurs are operating without an org chart.

They’re doing everything themselves and calling it “hustle.”

But hustle doesn’t scale. Systems do.

Even when Jennifer and I were the only two people in the company, we mapped out every single seat in the business:

• Product research

• Sourcing

• PPC and ads

• Catalog management

• Operations

• Finance

• Strategy

And we attached KPIs to each one.

Yes, our names were in every box.

But that visibility changed how we made decisions.

Because once you clearly see the seats, two things happen:

First, you understand where you’re actually strong vs. just busy.

Second, you know exactly which role to hire first.

For most Amazon businesses, the first critical hires aren’t “vision” roles.

They’re operators. People touching ads and managing products daily.

Those hires create leverage. Leverage creates scale.

If you want to grow beyond a lifestyle business and into something that can reach eight figures, you have to step out of the day to day seats and into true leadership.

❓ Do you currently have your business mapped out by roles and KPIs, or are you still operating out of your inbox every day?
