Derick Hall was born at 23½ weeks, weighing just 2 lbs 9 oz.

No heartbeat. Doctors initially believed he was dead on arrival.

They gave him a 1% chance of survival—and advised his mother to sign a do-not-resuscitate form. She refused.

The world (and the stats) said he shouldn’t make it through the night, let alone live a normal life.

Yet here he is: today, he’s playing in Super Bowl LX for the Seattle Seahawks.

A micro-preemie “miracle baby” who beat 99-to-1 odds before he could even breathe on his own, now lining up on the biggest stage in sports.

God bless his Mom!
