One mistake I see Amazon sellers make is thinking too small.

They treat Amazon like it’s just another sales channel.

It’s not.

Amazon is positioning itself to be the logistics backbone of eCommerce.

Their goals are simple: maximize revenue, keep customers inside their ecosystem, and become the fulfillment provider for everyone.

That’s why we’re seeing Prime integrations show up on TikTok shops and Shopify stores.

That’s a massive signal.

Amazon doesn’t just want you selling on Amazon anymore. They want to power your entire operation.

For serious sellers, this changes how you think about strategy.

Instead of fighting fees or trying to “outsmart” the system, you align with it:

• Use FBA where it makes sense

• Leverage Prime for conversion

• Make decisions based on real data, not guesses

• Choose products with strong margins that support Amazon’s fulfillment model

• Build a business that scales with their infrastructure

The sellers who win long-term understand platform incentives.

They don’t chase tactics. They read the direction of the market.

Before every launch, we validate with data first. That discipline has saved us from countless bad bets.

If you want to see the same tools and process we use, comment “TOOLS” and I’ll point you in the right direction.
