100% of recruiters I see hire for multiple specialties. Multiple roles. Multiple types of client and types of job.

Here's the problem

With each additional candidate or job type, the service dilutes slightly.

They become a tiny bit less specialist.

That's not to say they're not very good.

But they're not as good as they could be if they just obsessed over only role role.

Same logic applies of having a Meta ads manager, trying to also do Google. Then also doing Amazon.

They're no longer as good as the pure Meta ads manager.

Nor are they as good as the Pure Amazon manager.

We hire for 1 role.

We ignore every other role and every other client.

We just hire for Senior Amazon Advertising Managers.
