Many communities start small and incredibly high value. Then over time, as they grow, it becomes self serving. Plagued with promotional bs disguised as true honest advise.

How many of you have witnessed this happen? Whether it’s WhatsApp, Facebook, slack, or whatever.

The pattern tends to be the same.

One component of Pare is our community.

But because everyone is just working for one person. Full time. In one role.

They don’t have anterior motives.

They either turn up and listen.

Or they turn up with something new they discovered about Amazon ads that week. And share.

They’re not selling software because they don’t work for software.

They’re not pushing an agency because it’s mostly one brand they work for.

There is no self promotion motive.

Just collective learning.

Every Wednesday. 30-60mins call (based on the amount to talk about).

Could be 10 mins if nothing happened that week.

And they take that learning back to their teams.

As a brand owner this means you get a full time senior Amazon ads manager obsessing over your account. From $3k month. And you also get the agency benefit of collaboration.

If you need a better Amazon advertising solution in 2026, and do over $5m/year, then you’re probably ready for a full time hire.

And we’re the only company in the world hiring for just that one role. Every day.
