Your “testing budget” is usually just wasted spend.

Not because testing is bad.

Because nobody defines the test.

Here’s the giveaway.

You spent money.

You got clicks.

You got zero orders.

And nothing changed.

That’s not testing.

That’s donating.

A real PPC test has four parts:

1) One variable

Match type.

Placement modifier.

Creative.

(One. Not three.)

2) A pass / fail metric

CTR threshold.

CVR minimum.

CPC ceiling.

No vibes. Numbers only.

3) A time box

7 days.

Or 30 clicks.

Pick one and stick to it.

4) A kill rule

If it fails..

Cut it fast.

No emotional attachment.

If your account is full of “maybes,”

That’s why it feels heavy.

That’s why performance feels random.

That’s why spend keeps creeping up with nothing to show for it.

Real testing creates decisions.

Fake testing creates excuses.

So let me ask you:

What is one thing you’re “testing” right now?

And what’s the exact pass metric?

If you can’t answer that in one sentence,

You’re not testing yet.
