If you've got great ideas, but they're not getting through.
The problem is rarely your ideas.
It'll be how engaging your presentation or speech is.
For many of us, the pressure to be perfect presenters often leads to a rigid, artificially prepared delivery.
Instead, try letting your audience choose where you start.
Ask: "Would you rather I start with the pros or the cons?"
For them: It creates a natural, conversational energy.
For you: The ability to adapt on the spot provides a massive boost to your communication confidence. Remember that you (should) know the content anyway!
