Amazon just got too complex for generalists.
I see brands try to scale with one "Amazon person."
⤷ And they're drowning. Here's the problem:
That person is supposed to be an expert in:
❏ Listing SEO across 750+ data fields
❏ PPC campaign optimization
❏ Compliance monitoring
❏ Account health appeals
❏ Inventory forecasting
❏ A+ content design
❏ DSP advertising
No one is good at all of that.
It's not possible.
(I'm sure a one-off unicorn CAN - but $$$.)
In 2026, Amazon penalizes mistakes harder than ever.
Miss an inventory spike?
⤷ Lose your ranking.
Ignore a policy update?
⤷ Listing suppressed.
Run inefficient ads?
⤷ Algorithm tanks your relevance.
Your one-person team can't see it all coming.
Full-service agencies have specialists for each discipline.
☑ A PPC expert who only does PPC.
☑ A creative director who only optimizes images.
☑ An inventory forecaster who only manages stock.
They don't spread their focus across 10 things.
They master one thing.
And they coordinate so your entire operation works together.
Scaling isn't about hiring one person to do everything.
It's about building a system where specialists win in their lane.
Stop asking generalists to be heroes.
Start building teams that can actually scale.
