I am a firm believer in manifesting, dreaming, and setting goals that make people uncomfortable. Including yourself.

Dreaming “realistically” is often just fear wearing a professional outfit.

Every meaningful leap I have seen in leadership, business, and life started with a vision that felt oversized:

• Too ambitious

• Too early

• Too bold

• Too improbable

“Go big or go home” is not about recklessness. It is about refusing to self-edit before the work even begins.

Leadership requires imagination before execution.

Vision before validation.

Belief before proof.

You do not have to know how it will happen yet. You just have to be brave enough to admit what you actually want.

Dream loudly.

Commit fully.

Let the details catch up.

That is how leaders are built.
