Hormozi says if you don't constantly hire people that are better than you and your team, then your team will get steadily worse every quarter.

Does your ads manager tell you what to do, or do you tell them?

In my opinion, I always like having a new team member that holds me, and the rest of the team accountable.

By constantly bringing in people that are BETTER than everyone else, you're constantly improving your team. And your brand.

Additionally, they might be better, but are they both better and driven?

Because even if you've got a killer amazon ads manager in your team, you won't get results if they simply don't care any more.

If they're not truly fulfilled and driven by what they're doing.

And this is a big problem in the UK and USA right now. Plus throughout mainland Europe.

Quiet quitting isn't an unfamiliar phrase anymore.

Are you paying big salaries to talent that simply don't care? Have they got a bit stale?

Perhaps they're annoyed at being forced back into the office. They've checked out. They're looking for that next role already and milking you in the interim.

That kills an Amazon business.

And brands on Amazon have a lot less equity than DTC first brands. They can't survive with average performances.

Is it time to explore a change?
