Amazon agency owner: why would we pay you X for the ads managers each month when they only cost you Y?

Which I feel is a touch hypocritical given that’s exactly what an Amazon agency does but at 5X multiplier instead of our small increase.

And 5X can sometimes be low vs what many ads managers we know are getting squeezed to do by the agency.

Agencies in the Amazon space can be fantastic though. I’m not throwing shade on them. If your business fits is in a certain spot, and typically generating less than $100k a month, then an agency can be that brilliant stop gap

You can’t justify $3000 for a full time resource (more if you’re looking outside of India/Philippines) and perhaps you just wouldn’t have any other tasks for them to do outside of managing Amazon PPC.

Great. Agency could fit here.

But if you’re pulling over 100-150k a month on Amazon, I believe you’re ready for a full time hire.

Someone who can truly turn over every Amazon advertising stone. And then the other stones that are also there.

Someone who can really go deep into each product category, understand the nuances of each customer problems, and build out a bespoke plan. Rather than doing a surface level job and then moving onto another brand in a entirely different niche.

But maybe things like payroll or compliance concern you hiring globally? We help you with that.

Ok, they’d miss learning from others in a team about ads? Great point. But every hire we make joins an exclusive community that meet weekly. Which gets better and more advanced with every new rockstar we place.

So ask yourself, look at your brand for 2026, would you benefit from a full time Amazon advertising expert?
