Last Tuesday a candidate was supposed to be joining a brand client of ours. He pulled out last minute. Absolutely brutal.
Yesterday and today they interviewed 2 candidates, both of which they think are brilliant.
It makes me happy that as a team at Pare we were able to take a pretty annoying setback and still come back with an immediate solution within 7 days.
Especially when considering how tough it is for brands to hire senior Amazon ppc managers.
