we get a ton of applications, so we've had to get smart about filtering. our process is designed to find people who can actually manage accounts from day one, with no hand-holding needed.
1/ CV/LinkedIn Score (Round 0): our in-house tool analyzes every profile and assigns a score (1–100) based on defined parameters. you need to hit above 90 to even get an invite to Round 1. we don't mess around with time wasters.
2/ AI-Automated Screening (Round 1): this is where candidates answer 9–10 custom questions covering all aspects of Amazon PPC. we use an internal evaluation tool to score responses (1–10). you need above an 8 to move to the face-to-face.
in this stage, we've built in some critical checks. we're using ai to analyze communication and delivery skills. we've also added eye-tracking and tab-movement analysis to help detect cheating. a big lifesaver that ensures the score is genuinely based on their knowledge.
3/ Face-to-Face Interview (Round 2): this is where most people drop off. currently, the conversion rate from Round 1 to Round 2 is about 19%. from Round 2 to a final offer, it's just 0.1%. that's a serious filter.
