I spent the day researching Senior Amazon PPC Manager salaries in the US vs. the UK. The results are quite shocking.

I also wrote a few posts this month on LinkedIn exposing the uncomfortable reality of what some companies call 'Senior' with regards to Amazon advertising expertise.
This term shouldn't be treated lightly. We should be very clear on what defines a senior person. "2 years experience managing amazon ad accounts" - I am literally quoting a job post - does not count!
There is clever software. Ai is changing our lives daily. Amazon is rapidly updating our capabilities within the ads console. But one thing remains the same.
Formula 1 cars, have Formula 1 drivers in them.
The car (software, ai, amazon console) will continue to get better.
It doesn't mean you can put any old person in there and expect championship winning performances.
