My friend started an Amazon agency and he made a few mistakes straight away
First
He wasn’t an Amazon ads expert. So when he made his first ppc manager hire. It ended up going wrong.
And he lost clients. Lost revenue. His clients suffered, then he suffered.
Second
He followed the same process when hiring the next person. He interviewed. He tested. He validated. Then he hired.
Same issue. Just took longer to discover. Because he didn’t know and the Amazon ads manager he’d hired was pulling the wool over his eyes.
So now he’s looking for his third hire. Because those first 2 have wasted his time and cost him money for the last TWO YEARS.
