I see this job ad ALLLL the time and i can't believe it.
If you're hiring an agency, and you have people with just 1 years experience managing your ads, why would you assume that person/agency would perform better than someone with 5+ years?
It's illogical.
Worse yet. And this is the real kicker.
£35-45k/year salary, plus other benefits.
$47-60k/year.
You can hire someone full-time, in-house, to work 100% on your account and no one else, for LESS than the salary these agencies are paying local talent.
Assume the agency applies a 4X markup on that salary.
The headcount has to be charged at $188k-240k/year.
That's $15-20k/month the headcount needs to make.
For someone with 1 year experience in amazon ads!!
And I'm telling you, we literally have candidates with 4-5 years experience for $2-4k/month.
4-5X the experience.
4-5X lower cost.
The math is unbelievably simple in my opinion.
