This week our process for hiring experienced Amazon Advertising managers is 2X more efficient and accurate than last week.
This means we're able to process more candidates, in less time, and filter out high quality candidates from low quality, or fakers.
It's unrealistic to assume that your current hiring process is going to be better than a team that's obsessing over it every day? That's a fair assumption to make.
So you could continue the draining process of hiring amazon ppc managers yourself, wasting a lot of time, and not guaranteeing you're getting someone class
Or you could tap into our feed, right at the end of the feed, and cherry pick from the 0.4% of candidates that we approve.
Remove 90%+ of the work, hire someone in less time, and often for less money (each month, vs the cost of hiring, which would also be lower cus of time/resource committed).
