We have 2 options when hiring ads managers for clients
1/ We make as many placements as fast as possible to feed the demand we’re seeing
2/ We hire and deliver candidates to clients slowly
Right now it’s painful to have 5-6 clients wanting to start and not being able to fuel the demand
Despite having hundreds of applications
But we genuinely are being super strict with passing candidates through to the next round of our process
Rejecting over 99% of Amazon ppc managers is challenging, because we know we could place some of them immediately.
But we want to place people with confidence that they’ll be there in 2 years time.
And killing it for clients.
Short term pain. Long term gain.

I had a field day yesterday for an hour inspecting rucksacks and travel bags.
Been looking for a second for ages but only online.
One shop in Oslo had an enormous collection and whilst the wife worked I played like a child with Lego.
Pulling straps, emptying, filling, zipping, etc
I guess it’s like hiring.
You’ve got to really really battle test to ensure it’s right. Because it’ll be with you for a long term.
And a mistake will be costly and annoying.
If someone I trusted, who had the same problems as me, came along and just said “buy this” it would’ve been a lot easier.
I enjoyed looking though. But you get my point. You probably don’t enjoy looking for ads managers
