Get an Amazon advertising manager with more experience, for less cost.
In 2025 I'm really pushing transparency as a core principle at GB Media.
And now that starts with our pricing. Completely public pricing based on blocks of hours.
We've been operating this model with other agencies using our team for 6 months, and it's worked brilliantly.
So I figured I'd just give every brand what has been the agency pricing.
2025 is going to be tighter than ever for brand owners on Amazon.
If I can get our messaging right, this helps solve a problem many brands are going to face.
Some may disagree with my direct comparison to what US agencies are charging.
But I want to make a little noise and help brands realise they can pay a lot less, for ads managers with more years experience.
I see many advertising managers roles being pushed on LinkedIn and they're looking for 2-3 years experience.
I'm also very aware many agencies say "we're 100% local" when they're literally outsourcing the work to multiple overseas teams.
All to keep up the impression and to charge greater fees.
Each layer in the agency costs the client more money.
We have a flat structure, 100% of the time you work directly with the person doing the job.
If multiple agency members join the call, be aware that you're paying for all of them to be there.
(@dave_stickland posted about this the other day.)
I'm not looking to slate other agency practices.
I'm just saying, here's what they realistically HAVE to charge as a minimum, in order to cover their salaries.
And here is what I'm charging.
