What is branding?
I always liked the idea of how does a brand make you feel. What emotion does it invoke.
The hand drawn image combined with the font does invoke an emotion. It draws you in.
Once you’ve nailed that you can then run every touch point and creative asset through this filter.
The designers job is SO much easier.
And customers feel something.
Which usually leads to, if everything else is lined up, better performance.
