10 storefronts to review. And 9 tips on improving yours:
➡️Journey. Assume their eyes are closed and words are read out to them. Headings are read out to them. How are you aiding them through navigation? When you can't find something in a supermarket, what do you do? You ask. Imagine if you didn't need to ask cus the system was better. Create a better system, make it easier.
➡️Subscribe and save. If you use it, and you should in the consumable category, have a page on your store about it.
➡️Education. Educate customers on products by providing comprehensive descriptions, specifications, and customer reviews. Convert them on the store, not on the product page (competitors exist here). Do it with images/videos, less plain text.
➡️Brand filter. Every piece of content must be created, then ran through your brand filter. Like filtering coffee.
➡️Mobile. Obviously.
➡️Clear. Is YOUR message clear. Simpleaf is too wordy. DUDE Wipes and Goodwipes is much better.
➡️Add to basket. Don't make them add an extra click to buy. Don't make them go onto the ASIN.

Advertising updates that relate to storefronts and show Amazon's focus:
➡️Follow button now stands out more in SB creatives (https://lnkd.in/dyNK5s3n)
and the custom engagement (introduced last year) allows sending emails to your brand followers
➡️Amazon added Store as a landing page option for video ads. Choosing it allows you to show videos (known for higher CTR), on top-of-the-page (headline ad) placements as well
