One client will do ~$500k this month. Our fee will still be £550.
I’m fine with that. It’s fair.
I’m not scratching my eyeballs out wondering how to milk them more so “I” get a pay day too.
I’ve already got my payday. And it’s fair.
It’s a wildly seasonal product with 80%+ of sales happening this month.
The workload doesn’t go up massively though. So, we don’t deserve to get paid thousands this month.
I’m probably not the smartest or savviest business owner. Leaving thousands on the table because I don’t adopt more cute strategies.
But when they pay their bill of £550 and we generate them $500,000 I think that’s gonna be quite sweet for them.
I also know they’ll be with us, like most clients, for a long time.
