I joined Toastmasters recently, which I recommend to everyone, and shared a small woke story about the importance of "The Process."
Next Friday night I'll take on the process of running round in a circle for 100km.
Whether it's exercise or working, I try hard, and often fail, to get something out the process. Rather than just the end result.
