“I’m not the expert. They are. Trust them more than me.”

“I’m not the expert. They are. Trust them more than me.”

During an audit review yesterday, Matt asked if I’d be actively involved in the day to day running of things.

I think this question comes from lots of agencies being formed based on 1 lead person and their exceptional skills. Them doing all the content. Them being great.

Then them giving it to someone else to manage your account. Who is less skilled.

Ours is the reverse.

I’m the worst person in our company. The lowest Amazon advertising experience.

You don’t want me anywhere near your campaigns.

You want the experts.

The ones who don’t always have time to post on LinkedIn, attend an event, record a podcast, or create a webinar.

Because their managing ads. And not much else.

You’ll be delighted to hear that I only get involved when we’re talking content, and other topics where I’m strong.

Or when one has a problem and I want everyone to find the solution.
