I get frugally obsessed.
I'm currently looking for the best way to distribute a paid for PDF, without requiring a 3rd party tool.
I resent the idea of paying $19 a month to [insert provider] or % of the fee on top of what Stripe will charge me.
I'm literally sharing a PDF.
Before long I've got 47 tabs open. 6 YouTube videos. 4 blogs. And have commissioned 3 Upwork jobs.
It's not about the money. The £20/m fee isn't going to kill the business.
I enjoy building something that can scale and isn't reliant on a 3rd party software.
Power Automate is my friend for this at the moment.
Building out flows is addictive.
It's wildly addictive when you see an expert complete your 4-hours of work into a 3-minute task for him.
I know I'm overcomplicating things. I know my time is better spent and more valuable elsewhere.
And I don't care.
It's Friday and I'm gonna do what I want.
