Imagine not being allowed to leave negative reviews on Amazon.
Full transparency, my contract is our email exchange.
I'm not interested in locking someone in. Squeezing more out of them. Or any of that other stuff.
I'm especially not interested in disabling them from sharing their true thoughts about me or our service.
