Amazon Store or Liquid I.V.’s own website?

Can you tell a difference?

This store didn’t feel like the Amazon store we’re used to scrolling.

It felt like a D2C site, dropped directly into the marketplace.

That’s the direction Amazon is pushing: giving brands the canvas to build experiences, not just list products.

Here’s what stood out to me:

🔶 Brands aren’t just selling products, they’re telling stories. The creative, the layout, the flow all feel intentional.

🔶 Shoppers aren’t just buying, they’re being guided through a native, D2C-like journey. Seamless, elevated, trust-building.

🔶 The line between Amazon and D2C is blurring. And customers don’t care where they buy, what matters is that it feels like the brand.

What’s even more interesting: the identity you see on a brand’s Amazon Store doesn’t always look like the identity you see on their website.

Different creative. Different emphasis. Different story.

Which raises a big question: Are brands starting to design two different “faces”—one for Amazon, and one for D2C?
