Why you should consider using WhatsApp business, even if you don't run a business.
I've been playing with WAB for a month. Here's why I'm loving it.
1) Separation between work and personal conversations.
2) Faster lead response times. Email can be clunky. It's all stored in 1 place.
3) "Book in with me" ➡️ "I can call you now". Save 10 emails by pressing 1 button immediately.
4) Labelling. Organising based on "advertising" or "design" chats.
5) Build closer ties with those on my email list. Should lead to more business (my theory).
6) Groups work wonderfully for design projects. E.g. we get answers much faster.
Try it out as follows:
➡️ Buy £1 sim card. Put in any device to receive a OTP SMS.
➡️ Download the app. Different to the normal WA app.
➡️ Receive SMS to link number.
➡️ Start sharing your WA link with people/pages.
I even chat with my PT there because I want that separate from our normal personal conversation.
I'll update again in a month. More features are being rolled out.
So far. So good.
