Since starting my business I’ve never had a financial based goal.
Literally zero KPIs.
I’d say I’m happier because of it.
A lot of agencies in the Amazon space will have some sort of MRR target. Or headcount target.
I shit you not, I don’t care.
My goals are time based. As in my time.
We hit client targets (most of the time - realistic) and the team are happy. So that’s a win.
But I’m just not obsessed with growth, like so many other people.
Pinning their happiness on a stupid fucking target.
