If Elon can respond in under 12 hours, you've really got no excuses for shit customer support.
For new brands on Amazon, don't fall asleep on those response times. It falls under the category of "operations" in my mountain strategy.
Yes, advertising is most thrilling right now.
But if your ops and your branding (1+2) let you down, advertising is a complete waste of time.
