Use Amazon to pull customers back to your website.

Use Amazon to pull customers back to your website.
The strategy goes like this π
Beauty brand I'm working with has a flagship product. Which is a bundle range. A multi step formula.
And it's going great for them.
They didn't want to go on Amazon.
Instead, they went full ham on social ads and budgeted a breakeven customer acquisition cost.
Bundle units were/are flying out.
But more importantly, they built a beast email list and, thanks to a great rec from moi, a big Facebook community.
Which is a stream of user-generated content PLUS improves the customer experience.
Repeat purchases are great. Of the bundle, but also of the solo items - available to existing customers only.
Next step was to use Amazon to get more customers. The bundle just isn't a great fit on Amazon yet though.
But the new hair product launch was perfect for it.
They got the community hyped up for it. Then they launched.
They emailed ~1000 people who hadn't bought in 2 months offering them a deal as well.
The result β‘οΈ Amazon page 1 for a number of key search terms in 30-days (UK market).
I'll explain why in the comments
