I was told that a full time good Amazon advertising employee is $100k a year now.
How’s that paid for? Client price goes up.
Do you get more for this? No. Not necessarily.
Someone doesn’t just get better because salaries are going up.
This is creating a problem for many brands on Amazon.
They can’t afford Amazon advertising management services.
Not good quality ones anyway.
