89% of US digital ad spend is bought by an algorithm.

I think we're at least 3+ years away from tech being good enough to replace 90% of human work with advertising.

So when prospective clients ask if we're using software, for now, I am saying no. (I understand software and programmatic are slightly different conversations).

Software helps. I don't doubt that.

It does the heavy lifting on large accounts which have high spend and high sku count.

But I think most small to medium brands just don't need it on Amazon.

We onboarded a new client last month. He had XYZ tool running. We spent the first week just cleaning up the mess.

He's doing $80k a month. We turned the tool off and the account is performing better.

It's also saving him money using our services instead of paying the % that the tool takes.

Plus he's got more peace of mind. Someone is looking at his account . Not a bot.

Someone is chatting with him. Understand his brand. His goals.

That conversation is 100% necessary for this relationship to work. A tool can't replace that.

Not yet.

Am I wrong?
