One of the most powerful bits of data we get on and off Amazon is feedback.

Unfortunately, many don’t spend the time digging into it.

It was interestingly a bloke that noticed this trend. So, he took out a razor blade and slide the top of the bullet of lipstick. Creating a flat edge.

This quickly became an industry standard.

Reading competitor reviews, as well as your own, is a well-known strategy during product development.

But it's also advisable during content creation. If a pain point is repeatedly hit, perhaps create content to a) prevent that type of customer buying or b) prevent them experiencing that pain point through education.

The power of listening.
