I have used this Amazon strategy since day one.
It’s 3 simple things to think about that will shape your business on the marketplace. 👇
1. Operational base.
Ensure you are Prime eligible and you can stay in stock.
If you can’t do Prime, offer great free delivery.
2. Brand
Ensure you’ve optimised your brand touchpoints.
The main one is your listing. Make sure it converts.
3. Traffic
Use Amazon advertising to drive traffic.
Use social advertising to drive traffic.

Each step is in theory simple. The key is the order.

Don’t move up a level until you have completed the level you are on.
It won’t work. Not in the long-term.
It won’t be sustainable.
