Most brands are viewing influencers as a sunk cost, but they should view them as a member of the team.

Here's why:

➡️ They're actively working to generate awareness for your brand

➡️ They care about you and your brand and the customers you serve (the problem you're trying to solve)

➡️ They can remove the need to hire a content creator or team

➡️ They understand your target audience and what resonates with them incredibly well

➡️ They're good vibes. As a solo operator it can be a bit shit at times, building a mini team, even if not full-time, can help lift the spirit

Taylor explains these points much better than I do, I am merely the monkey asking the questions, then scribbling notes.

Do you think brands should work with influencers?
