Every so often I ponder what a stupid business Amazon really is. Delivering stuff people don’t need in a really short period of time.
That’s what some of the smartest people in the world work on. Every day.
It creates wealth for many, which I get, but does it really have a lasting impact?
Maybe it’s cus I watched a youtube video on Elon today and was left thinking “that’s a much better use of exceptional intelligence”. But I’ve had this thought about Amazon for awhile.
Either way, as my first boss said to me on the market stall every Wednesday and Saturday, “mustn’t grumble”. It puts food on my table.
