"We have a VIP group with over 1000 customers. At every stage of our development, we put it to the customers to see what they want. Every scent, every colour case. They all go into the group and we ask a poll. It's amazing. We get 400 answers within half an hour, if not more. It's all direct feedback. It's so valuable because we instantly found out what issues are as well.
When we originally designed the case we had 6 designs. All looked completely different and we put that into the group and got the vote. There was a clear winner and we went with that.
