I've currently got someone going through every podcast episode of mine, extracting all the nuggets. You know, those 30-second moments where the listener/host is just like "phoar, that's good shit!".

I'm then slamming them all onto GEORGES . BLOG and making them all searchable. PLUS I'm gonna have "related snippets". Basically, if you liked this you'd like this.

What am I actually doing here? I'm thinking what the customer wants, then working backwards.

Not everyone has time for a full episode. Not everyone can go back through 40+ eps either. They have a problem, e.g. PPC, and want to get some tips. So they just search PPC and can then dip in and out of different guests snippets.

Why more podcast hosts aren't doing this I don't know. I've seen no one do it. But it's a really good customer experience.

Thoughts?
