Amazon are rolling out Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) limits on your low-priced listings priced under a certain point.
I caught this on Amazon.IN but I expect it'll be seen in other markets very soon. You'll likely not see this on the UI on Seller Central, so that means wrestling with them pesky flat files, but all in all good news.
The customer will be able to buy quantities that are greater than or equal to the set MOQ limit. For example, if the MOQ limit for a product is set at two, then a customer will not be able to place an order for one unit, but can order only two or more units of the same product.
The MOQ limit will appear to customers below the quantity drop-down on the detail page.
