Get your customers to use your product more, with this 1 tip.
Create a habit for them. Let me explain.
Humans fall into habits. Both good and bad.
Whether that is walking the dog each morning before 7am. Eating a snack between 2 and 3. Or leaving your clothes on floor when you take them off.
Habits are difficult to break.
Now think about your product.
It was designed to solve a problem.
The customer, if you've done a good job, should be aware of the problem.
If you create a habit for that customer. So they frequently experience your solution. You solidify your brand in their life.
You educate them on the benefits of walking the dog early, then the benefits of the perfect poop scoop to accompany them.
You tell them afternoon coffee is bad for sleep, but a healthy snack at X time gives them the boost without the lull.
You tell them a clean room leads to a clean mind in the morning, setting them up for a successful day. Then paint your draw organiser into the narrative.
Give them the habit. They'll keep coming back and they'll bring a friend.
