Can you recommend a great podcast guest that is female, has Amazon experience, and understands how to hire and develop the best?
Let me explain the criteria a little more
♀️ Female, because I think I've had too many males on recently and I'm shown on a daily basis by the Mrs that girls know more than me.
🌴 Amazon, because the podcast is largely talking about Amazon.
💬 Hiring, because I'm yet to cover this topic with an expert in the field. I ask questions about it, but I'd love someone that can share heaps of value and take me back to school.
A juicy bonus would be an ex-Amazonian because I really like their hiring process.
