I'm not the best podcaster in the world
I turn up poorly prepared
I don't spend hours editing
I don't listen to the whole thing back myself
But what I do is turn up and listen
Then aim to ask the right questions to people more intelligent than I
In order to deliver an enjoyable and valuable listening experience
So every listener leaves with something they can go and action
It's a small milestone hitting 5k downloads
But a milestone nonetheless
