Sometimes Amazon won't treat you well
You've got two options:
1) Whine, give up, stop selling, send unproductive emails to Jeff
2) Suck it up, get on with it, keep selling, send well-structured emails to support
I see an awful lot of option 1 going on
It's usually just wasted energy
