Does your dog shit on the floor?
I don't think enough brands take the time to educate their prospective customer.
Take pet food as an example. This brand clearly found/researched that if a dog moves from one food to another, there is going to be some form of downside. That may be they don't eat it, or they're sick, or they shit on the floor.
That being said, they're educating the prospect of how to avoid this, so the downside risk is reduced.
