Shopping in store VS shopping online
I just do not get why I can’t go “find in store” and it give me an exact shelf
Instead everyone has the pain point of asking a member of staff
It’s just such a bad system
They should have a tablet, or even just a QR code which brings up their site so you can search the store, and find exactly what you need in a fraction of the time
I’m more tempted to buy this online and select pick up in store
