I read some really interesting thoughts from Rick Watson recently in his blog post on Amazon fulfilment/operations - go give it a read.
As always though, whenever I want to dive deeper into this topic, I go to Mr Glick.
Which is why I dragged him back onto the pod for a 20-minute episode last week.
We, mainly he, explain what's happened with fulfilment on Amazon over the last 12-months, and what we can expect to see in the years to come.
