For me, things like this are what separates one brand from another.

This is obviously brilliant, and clearly quite expensive to implement, but we can still take lessons from it.

What experience are you able to create on your website or storefront. We discussed this with PowerBar the other week on Amazon, how can we aid them in their journey to purchase to make it easier for them.

Essentially removing decisions so they don't suffer from decision fatigue.

It's also great for those asking how can we get customers to buy on our site, well, just make it a nicer experience for them than the one they have on Amazon.

If you can match provide fast delivery and great prices, as you do on Amazon, plus convenience at checkout through Apple Pay or Google Pay, then you are offering the same seamless-ness of Amazon, which is why customers like Amazon.

Your next pillar is building trust with them, people shop on Amazon because they trust Amazon, if you can build trust early doors through guarantees or refund policies, then people are filled with the same confidence when shopping on your site as they are on Amazon.

I ran out of space, see comments for the finish...
