It's easier to launch a consumable pet item than it is a consumable human item

Here's my thinking...

A few people inside our academy have the challenge of getting initial conversions and volume with their multi-packs

Obviously multipacks because you actually want to make some profit

But the issue is, people are unwilling to try a snack if they've got to buy 10+ upfront

Cus you'd never do that in a shop, in case they were shit and you had to bin the lot

But with pets, I feel people are less conscious of how tasty the dog may find them

And even if they are shit, dogs will eat them anyway

So in summary

1) If you had to pick one, I'd pick pets

2) If you've already picked hoomans, consider what activities you can do to get the prospect to test

One member took some advice recently around trying a smaller pack size, she's now getting volume sales, building reviews, getting repeat purchases, driving herself up the sales rank, etc

I'd personally consider the loss leader when launching

Amazon, after all, are looking for VOLUME of a) traffic b) conversions c) sales for a keyword

NOT revenue. So get the volume, then drop it if you need to. Look at the data and see.

What do you reckon?
